This is a cut but complete McCall 7716 vintage sewing pattern from 1949 for blouses.  The pattern includes pieces and instructions to make a long or short sleeve blouse with rounded collar, yoke and shoulder pads.  The pattern is labeled a size 14 but that is for a 32 inch bust, so please review the measurement guidelines shown in  the image of the back of the pattern.
